Duties & Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.

Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure environments, including device and policy configuration.

Maintain supplier relationships, oversee equipment procurement, and manage inventory through the CMDB.

Support employee onboarding by ensuring timely setup of hardware, software, and user accounts.

Drive improvements through automation and contribute to IT project rollouts and upgrades.
What Experience is Required

Proven experience in IT support with strong troubleshooting skills.

Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 and Intune environments.

Basic PowerShell scripting and experience using ITSM platforms such as HALO.
